Orders & Returns Ordering You may order two ways: Online from this site By Phone 877-436-2317, Mon to Thurs 9 am to 5 pm, MST Ebooks Licenses Grapevine Studies offers eBooks with two licenses: Family License: This license gives you the legal permission to make copies of the book(s) for your immediate family. Non-transferable. Class License: This license gives you the legal permission to make copies of the book(s) for one class for one year. Non-transferable. eBook Delivery If you placed an order for ebooks you will receive a New Order email immediately after placing your order from Grapevine Studies. At that bottom of that email you will see a download link. Simply click on the link and download your ebook. Be sure to save your ebook to a file on your computer. In the event you loose your ebooks due to computer failure, call our office and we will resend the lost files to you. Our number is 877-436-2317. Book Delivery If you order physical books from Grapevine Studies your order will ship within 3 business days of the order unless otherwise notified. Once your books have shipped you will be sent tracking numbers. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of Media Mail packages. Return Policy Grapevine Studies will happily refund your purchase amount, not including shipping to and from your address, for materials returned to us within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 20% of total merchandise will be charged on all returned items. Materials must be returned in "New Condition" with no marks, bent pages, no writing, etc. Damaged materials will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price. EBooks and eLessons are non-refundable.
