Dear Parent or Teacher,
 
Thank you for your interest in submitting pictures of your student's artwork to us. This sentence sounds a little awkward.  It might sound better to just change the order. Thank you for your interest in submitting pictures of your student's artwork to us.  
 
Drawings that are Acceptable
    -Students' art work from their lessons.
    -Wall drawings done by a classroom such as a murals and timelines.
 
Display
    -Art work displayed on the website will the include the student's age and first name only. 
    -Art work will be displayed at the discretion of Grapevine Studies.
 
What to Submit
    -Art work in digital format, such as a JPEG file. Email your files to our office.
     
    -A hard copy of the original, preferably not folded, can also be mailed to our office:
     -Include the first name and age of artist
     -A brief description of the drawing
 
Artwork Ownership
Once artwork is submitted it is assumed by Grapevine Studies that we can use the artwork on the website.
